At the beginning of the month I give a Prompt that we work on all month. We practice the Heartstring Power Habits that were learned in Heartstring Power Habits Creative Core Course. I meet every week with the Club (Live Online) and walk everyone through the whole process. We discuss process, how-to and questions. You can copy my Illustrated Lifebook pages for the month or work on your own designs. It's okay to be a beginner. You won't be a beginner for long!

Hi, I'm Shannon and I know the Mom-life. I have 9 kids (nope, not a typo) with one still at home. I get what you're going through. You take care of everyone else and no one takes care of you. The overwhelm story of the caregiver is real.

But, the thing is - 
You. Need. Care. Too.

At some point, if you've not cared for yourself, you have nothing to give. Or nothing nice to give.
​And we're nice people. 
After 35 years of mom-ing, what I know is that we need Me-time. (Even if it's just a little.) And the more creative the better. So, my friend, I have this creative-escape pod called Creative Heartbeats Club. ​

Just so you know who you're sitting by, I'm an artist living abroad (hello Jordan and Sweden) and a new business builder. Plus, I happen to have a BFA in Illustration (thanks BYU), worked at Sundance Resort painting with guests, made the occasional parade float, was once on HGTV and have designed a few Windham fabric collections.
